How do I get my tickets?

Your e-tickets are emailed to you immediately after booking. You can also view them in My Tickets.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges may be available up to 48 hours before the show — contact the organiser directly.

I did not receive my tickets — what do I do?

Check your spam folder. If not there, log in and visit My Tickets to resend them.
